BoldVoice empowers disadvantaged youth by cultivating their personal branding and public speaking skills — building the confidence they need to overcome social and employment barriers and reach their full potential.
Objectives
Resources for youth workers
Give youth workers the tools and guidance to teach personal branding and public speaking.
Personal branding strategies
Equip youth with strategies to market themselves in social, academic and professional spaces.
Confidence through communication
Build confidence in underprivileged youth through communication and self-presentation skills.
Activities & expected results
- A BoldVoice Youth Worker Toolkit (min. 40-page flipbook, EN/SE/FI/BG/EE).
- 4 educational ‘Training Pills’ videos on personal branding and public speaking.
- A 3-day training in Sofia, Bulgaria for 10 youth workers.
- 60 learners engaged across 4 local trainings.
- A multiplier event in each partner country (4 events, 60 participants).
- Dissemination to min. 2,000 stakeholders and an online EU-level conference.
