Aim of the project

Connecting Low-Skilled Adults to Remote Opportunities

Low-skilled adults face significant challenges adapting to the rapidly evolving digital job market, particularly in remote and hybrid work. A lack of AI literacy and basic digital skills limits their employability and career advancement.

Re-AI enhances AI literacy and digital skills among low-skilled adults, enabling them to transition effectively into remote and hybrid work environments.

What it sets out to do

Objectives

O1

AI & digital competencies

Equip low-skilled adults with essential AI and digital skills for remote and hybrid work.

O2

Practical learning modules

Develop easy-to-follow modules and exercises tailored to low-skilled adults.

O3

Job readiness with AI

Enable participants to boost job readiness and performance using AI tools.

O4

Train VET educators

Provide training for VET educators to deliver the Re-AI methodology effectively.

What it delivers

Activities & expected results

  • 4 interactive learning modules with at least 3 hands-on exercises each (EN & partner languages).
  • Train at least 8 educators to deliver the methodology, with 90% reporting satisfaction.
  • Pilot training with at least 30 low-skilled adults transitioning to remote/hybrid work.
  • An online platform with modules, exercises and a resource library — 300+ users engaged.
  • 3 multiplier events, each engaging 60+ VET, employer and stakeholder participants.
  • A final conference for the EU VET community (40 participants).
