Expertise on the team

The founding team brings more than twenty years of experience in vocational, adult, and youth education and has been delivering Young Enterprise and entrepreneurship programmes since 2003. Their work reaches NEETs, unemployed adults, and disadvantaged groups, combining enterprise education with employability and active citizenship training. The team coordinates cross-border Erasmus+ partnerships from end to end, covering project ideation, proposal writing, implementation, quality assurance, and dissemination. They also manage a broad network of colleges, universities, VET providers, NGOs, SMEs, and other stakeholders across Europe and Asia, fostering long-term international collaboration. ELN continuously works with international partners and government agencies to deliver high-quality vocational, adult, and youth education. We design and implement programmes that promote entrepreneurship, digital skills, and lifelong learning among young people, NEETs, and disadvantaged communities, with a strong focus on enhancing career prospects, personal development, and employability. In addition, ELN has expanded its workforce to promote and strengthen the democratic participation of EU citizens. We develop and deliver international conferences, seminars, and educational initiatives focused on civic engagement, open society values, and issues that support and advance European Union policies.

ELN is an Estonian NGO dedicated to advancing youth, adult, and vocational education and is a member of the European Learning Network. The organisation promotes entrepreneurship, digital literacy, AI and future skills, personal development, and employability among young people, NEETs, unemployed adults, and disadvantaged groups. Through innovative non-formal and lifelong learning approaches, ELN empowers learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and mindsets required to succeed in a rapidly changing social and economic landscape. Its programmes foster creativity, innovation, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, intercultural competence, and resilience, enabling participants to thrive in the digital and green transitions. ELN actively promotes media and information literacy, financial literacy, digital citizenship, civic engagement, democratic participation, and social inclusion while supporting the European values of equality, diversity, active citizenship, and lifelong learning. The organisation also contributes to environmental awareness and sustainability by integrating green competencies and responsible innovation into its educational activities. Working closely with a growing network of colleges, universities, VET providers, NGOs, SMEs, public authorities, and government agencies across Estonia and Europe, ELN develops and implements international cooperation projects, training programmes, conferences, and policy-driven initiatives. The organisation has extensive experience in Erasmus+ partnerships, capacity building, and transnational knowledge exchange, contributing to the development of innovative educational methodologies, digital learning resources, and inclusive learning opportunities that respond to current and future societal challenges.

The ELN team brings together experienced youth workers, educators, project managers, trainers, and digital specialists with extensive expertise in youth, adult, and vocational education. The organisation combines strong pedagogical knowledge with practical experience in designing and delivering innovative learning programmes. The team includes experienced international youth workers specialising in social inclusion, disability inclusion, and non-formal education, including experts connected to Estonia's Inclusion Europe network. They have significant experience supporting young people, NEETs, unemployed adults, and people with fewer opportunities. ELN's entrepreneurship educators have been actively involved in Young Enterprise programmes since 2003. They design and deliver training that promotes entrepreneurship, innovation, financial literacy, creativity, and employability, helping learners develop the skills needed for education, employment, and self-employment. An in-house IT team develops web platforms, mobile applications, e-learning solutions, and digital learning resources. The team also creates innovative tools that support emotional management, mental well-being, AI literacy, digital skills, and learner engagement. The organisation's trainers and mentors deliver programmes in entrepreneurship, digital transformation, AI and future literacy, green skills, active citizenship, media literacy, and sustainability. All activities are tailored to the needs of young people, NEETs, disadvantaged groups, educators, and professionals using learner-centred and non-formal education methods. The team also has extensive experience in Erasmus+ project management, coordinating international partnerships from project design and proposal writing through implementation, quality assurance, dissemination, and sustainability. ELN works closely with universities, VET providers, NGOs, SMEs, and public authorities across Europe to develop high-quality, innovative educational initiatives.

RRINOVA's multidisciplinary team combines expertise in educational research, digital innovation, instructional design, software development, and non-formal education. The organisation develops bespoke e-learning platforms, AI-powered learning tools, mobile applications, digital training modules, gamified learning experiences, immersive educational environments, and interactive learning resources that make education engaging, accessible, and learner-centred. The team conducts applied research, needs analyses, and educational innovation projects to develop evidence-based methodologies, curricula, toolkits, and digital solutions. Its work explores emerging fields including artificial intelligence, future literacy, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, educational technology, learning analytics, and social innovation. RRINOVA designs and delivers training programmes for learners, educators, youth workers, VET professionals, trainers, and organisations. This includes Training of Trainers (ToT), professional development courses, workshops, study visits, mentoring programmes, blended learning, and international mobility activities that strengthen professional competences and promote the exchange of good practices. Learning activities are built around non-formal, experiential, project-based, and challenge-based learning methodologies. The team integrates modern educational approaches such as gamification, microlearning, storytelling, design thinking, collaborative learning, simulation-based learning, flipped learning, digital badges, personalised learning pathways, and AI-enhanced learning to increase learner engagement, motivation, and educational outcomes.
