European Learning Network MTÜ

ELN is an Estonian NGO dedicated to advancing youth, adult, and vocational education and is a member of the European Learning Network. The organisation promotes entrepreneurship, digital literacy, AI and future skills, personal development, and employability among young people, NEETs, unemployed adults, and disadvantaged groups.

Through innovative non-formal and lifelong learning approaches, ELN empowers learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and mindsets required to succeed in a rapidly changing social and economic landscape. Its programmes foster creativity, innovation, problem-solving, critical thinking, adaptability, intercultural competence, and resilience, enabling participants to thrive in the digital and green transitions.

ELN actively promotes media and information literacy, financial literacy, digital citizenship, civic engagement, democratic participation, and social inclusion while supporting the European values of equality, diversity, active citizenship, and lifelong learning. The organisation also contributes to environmental awareness and sustainability by integrating green competencies and responsible innovation into its educational activities.

Working closely with a growing network of colleges, universities, VET providers, NGOs, SMEs, public authorities, and government agencies across Estonia and Europe, ELN develops and implements international cooperation projects, training programmes, conferences, and policy-driven initiatives. The organisation has extensive experience in Erasmus+ partnerships, capacity building, and transnational knowledge exchange, contributing to the development of innovative educational methodologies, digital learning resources, and inclusive learning opportunities that respond to current and future societal challenges.
